General Provisions and Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 66zz platform and all its services. By accessing the website, registering an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you are legally agreeing to these Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete and your own. 66zz reserves the right to immediately close any account registered with false information.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person, device, IP address or household member is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any stored balance may be forfeited.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing any withdrawal, 66zz may request a national ID card or passport and proof of current address for identity verification. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified time may delay the withdrawal request.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on 66zz is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Every deposit is automatically verified by the system before being credited to the account.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
3.3 Third-Party Payments
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the account holder's own payment method. Using a mobile banking or bank account registered in someone else's name is prohibited.

Betting and Gaming Rules
4.1 Bet Placement Terms
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error on the platform. 66zz reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
4.2 Result Disputes
If there is a dispute over the result of any game or match, a complaint must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours. The decision of 66zz will be considered final.
4.3 Technical Errors
66zz does not accept liability if a game or bet is interrupted due to server failure, loss of internet connection or any other technical issue. However, system logs will be reviewed and a fair resolution will be sought.
4.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. 66zz is not liable for any loss resulting from account access by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The 66zz welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus funds have been bet 15 times.
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Wagering requirement before withdrawal: ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
5.2 Bonus Abuse
If the bonus system is abused, manipulated or exploited — for example, by opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses — 66zz reserves the right to void the bonus and any related winnings from the accounts involved.
5.3 Promotion Changes
66zz reserves the right to change, suspend or end any promotion. For the latest information on current promotions, check the promotions page on the platform.
Section 6
VIP Program and Cashback
The 66zz VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback is paid at each tier, calculated as a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Example: If a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Cashback is added directly to the account and can be used as a regular balance.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your consistent activity and contribution on the platform. 66zz reserves the right to change the benefits and entitlements of each tier.
Section 7
Responsible Gaming Obligations

Anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing on 66zz. If it is proven that a minor has used an account, that account will be immediately closed.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 66zz platform:
- Making deposits using fake or stolen payment details
- Placing bets using automated bots or software
- Attempting to artificially influence the outcome of any game
- Money laundering or creating flows of illegal funds
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Attempting to undermine the platform's security systems
If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, the stored balance will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by 66zz
66zz may temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity or a need for technical investigation. Users will be notified by email in such cases.
10.2 Closure by the User
Any user may close their own account. Before submitting an account closure request, make sure to withdraw all eligible balances. Any bonus balance for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
The 66zz platform is provided "as is". In the event of any potential loss to a user due to technical errors, internet outages or third-party actions, 66zz's maximum liability will be limited to the actual deposit made during that period.
There is a risk of losing money in betting and casino games. 66zz never guarantees winnings and makes no claim to predict the outcome of any game. Participation is entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.

Amendment and Validity of Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
