After receiving a bonus, you must wager it a set number of times before you can withdraw it. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000 — a 15x wagering requirement on the bonus means you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets.
When you have an active bonus, placing a bet above a certain limit per round is generally not allowed. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled.
Not all games count equally toward wagering. Slots typically count at 100%, while table games count at a lower rate — the exact rates are stated in the T&C.
Wagering must be completed within a set period after claiming the bonus. Once the expiry date passes, the bonus and any winnings earned from it are forfeited.
A non-sticky bonus is separated from the original funds once wagering is complete, and only the winnings portion can be withdrawn. A sticky bonus remains in your balance but cannot be withdrawn itself — only winnings can be taken out.
